Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email orders@saffronbrews.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return once you receive it (subject to the return policy above).
